Offline use with iPad (bookmark service reports)


  1. Go to theINTEGRAprogram.com and login
  2. Click on Service Reports
  3. Tap Add Bookmark
  4. Tap Bookmark

To test offline access

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Disable WiFi (and any other internet connections like 3G)
  3. Open Safari (browser)
  4. Tap Bookmarks and then the Service Reports bookmark
  5. Your customer data should be displayed and accessible, even though there is no internet connection
