Another of the reasons we call it the DOSE™ by SURFLEX® system is the pre-set dose cup. Each and every time your staff fills their individual sprayers, the same dose of product is dispensed. No short fills and loss of performance, no overfills and loss of product economy.  Simply the correct amount dispensed with each fill. 

Each DOSE™ by SURFLEX® system is set up with appropriate dose cups to dispense exactly the predetermined quantity of product for the quart bottle. Dose cups come in three colors:  black for 1.5 ounce, red for 1.0 ounce and green for 0.5 ounce. They are color-coded so that different dispensing amounts can be readily determined. DOSE™ by SURFLEX® dispensers are quickly set up to match product to amount required for each product and each product job.  Recommended amounts for Housekeeping products include:

As a welcome addition to the INTEGRA® product line, the DOSE™ by SURFLEX® dispensers are bound to make our program more versatile and user friendly.  As I'm sure others have touched on in this issue, the problem of metering tips and proportioners have been evident since they arrived on the scene years ago.  By eliminating the guess work and doubt of a water driven system, these units will insure that our products are dosed accurately.  Doing this will ultimately make the INTEGRA® housekeeping line of products the strong performers that they are when used properly.

We are envisioning the DOSE™ by SURFLEX® dispensers to be ordered and shipped individually.  They can be used together to create a modular system for any combination of products that the individual customer requires.  When a drip tray is required, this can be provided on the same mounting platform and mounted directly below the dispenser.  For multiple unit installations, the optional wall mount bracket can be ordered and used to hang two DOSE™ by SURFLEX® holders on one bracket.

To accommodate the various concentrations of our products, the dose cup on the bottom of the holder can be changed. These cups will be available in 1.5, 1.0 and 0.5 ounce versions and will be color-coded for identification.

DOSE™ by SURFLEX® dispensers will be easier to install, more accurate and require less maintenance than the old water driven proportioners.   YES!  You will never have to use water to install a DOSE™ by SURFLEX® dispenser.  These dispensers can be installed anywhere they're needed regardless of water availability - just think of the possibilities.  The DOSE™ by SURFLEX® system will require very little training for INTEGRA® technicians to learn how to install it.   Teaching end-users how to take full advantage of DOSE™ by SURFLEX® technology will be simple and easy.

Independent distributors today cannot cost effectively service multi-unit customer’s accounts. National and Multi-Unit customers need a wide geographic coverage, standardized products and dedicated customer service.  The INTEGRA® Network has been successful by delivering all of these.   Our network gives distributors size and scale beyond their local markets.

The DOSE™ by SURFLEX® system and its products will be a great addition to our laundry/warewash lines.  This line will allow us to compete with the national distribution organizations.  INTEGRA® brings the best value proposition to the end user.  There is no doubt about it!
