What is one of the worst jobs if you work in a kitchen setting?

Being the one who draws the short straw and has to clean the oven, flat top grill, hood vents and the outside and around the fryer. Not only is it physically demanding, it involves products that are very hard to work with.  It takes your breath away, makes you nauseous, burns your eyes and because of the nature of these tasks they go undone or are neglected which creates an even more difficult task.

SIZZLE is formulated with a readily biodegradable, high performance solvent and surfactant system.  It will not leave a caustic film.  It cleans comparably to high alkaline formulas, but because it is neutral pH, it is much safer and easier to use.

Apply SIZZLE on surfaces full strength.  SIZZLE works best on warm surfaces (100°F - 150°F).  Allow 1 to 5 minutes for detergent to penetrate soil deposits.  Use desired grill pad for agitation and squeegee off soils.  Wipe off left over dissolved and loosened soil deposits with a damp cloth.

No rinsing is necessary!!!

Problem:

In food prep areas they spray a non-stick pan coating product on many cooking items.  The overspray collects on the stainless steel back splash and becomes very difficult to remove.  They have struggled to clean this area and have tried several different products, procedures, elbow grease and nothing has helped.
