I have been using BIO CLEAN in my food service kitchen for a few weeks now. Here's how I am doing it: mix 4 ounces BIO CLEAN to one gallon of water in a garden sprayer. Twice weekly, I spray down heavy traffic areas, and areas around serving lines, ovens, and deep fryers. The areas are allowed to air dry - no rinsing.

You could see right away that portions of the black crust covering the grout began to break loose after the first couple of applications. Grout that was black is now a light grey (the actual color of the grout).

I continue to do this twice weekly spraying, concentrating on difficult areas.

I recently gave one of my customers, Papa’s Pizza, two 4 oz. samples of BIO CLEAN to try out on their tile floors. In the past Ron, store manager, told me that they had to hand scrub the grout between the 12” tiles to get them somewhat clean. I explained how to use the BIO CLEAN and Ron used it that night. The next morning he called me and asked, “What the heck did you give me?” I asked him what was the problem, and he explained that not only was the floor looking better, but the area where he hung the mop was noticeably cleaner. One of our best success stories comes from Windsor Place Nursing Home dietary in Columbus, MS.  Our sales rep. Lana Whitworth sold them BIO CLEAN because they were using a cleaner/degreaser, rinsing and using bleach trying to get the floor clean.  They accepted to try BIO CLEAN because they did not have to rinse.  They have been thoroughly impressed with the product.  They told Lana that the floor is no longer slippery.  The odors have gone away, that they didn't even realize they had, and the grout is cleaner.  They continue to reorder and use it daily.

One of Ultramax's distributors is P&R Paper Supply Company out of Redlands, California. They recently hired two new sales reps in the Orange County area who happen to be brothers working as a team to build their respective businesses. I met them one day and went on a ride along. We started making calls about eight in the morning. Some calls were past customers and some were introductory cold calls. At each call I would show the Bio Clean brochure and explain the merits of this unique product hoping to spark some interest in a total kitchen program. The day went well and we made arrangements for two Bio Clean placements. At about seven o'clock that same evening, I was beginning to get a bit hungry and I admit the fun and excitement of the day was waning. They turned to me and said that we had one more call to make and we saved the toughest customer for last!  I thought, " How fun---I only have a two hour ride home and they save the tough guy for last!"  When we arrived,  the brothers began talking to the customer making their pitch on the greatness of Bio Clean. It was hard for me to follow how well the presentation was going because they were speaking in Spanish. I reacted to the tone of their voices by smiling when they smiled and pointing to my one remaining crumpled Bio Clean sell sheet.  The customer remained skeptical on the cleaning concept since he had been using Tide and beach with a deck brush for the last twenty-five years.  By the end of the day, or evening I should say, he agreed to a trial.
   
Two days later Ultramax installed the Bio Clean dispenser. I received a call from one of the brothers stating that the customer had gone in and cleaned the floors personally in order to prove to them that nothing could replace his concoction of Tide and bleach. To test this, he only applied Bio Clean to half his restaurant floor leaving the other part to the traditional cleaning process.  He insisted on flooding the floor with the Bio Clean solution using his deck brush for scrubbing.  Quickly, many years of grease and grime began to roll out of the grout. After a few days, the black was fading in the hard to scrub areas.. After a few more days passed, he called the boys in to show them the results of his scientific study. ( The last sentence is for Marlene). The Bio Clean floors were clean, odor free, and not slippery. He stated he had never seen a product work so well. Even better than the world's most famous.

Here we are a few months later and sales are growing. Bio Clean is in stock at P&R Paper and a number of placements have been made. The customer buys 2 cases a month of Bio Clean plus will tell anybody who asks how great the product is and that you only need to sweep and mop.
 
By the way, the brother's toughest customer turned out to be their dad and they grew up having to clean those same floors everyday the hard way.

After testing BIO CLEAN, in one of his four Pizza Inns, owner Mike Moore, replaced his floor cleaner in all of his locations with BIO CLEAN. I started the test about one month ago in the Artesia, NM location. As you can imagine, the floors in a pizza place can be a challenge to clean. After about two weeks, BIO CLEAN proved to be a superior product. The floors were grease free and virtually slip proof. That really cinched the case for employee safety! Needless to say, the proof is in the pudding! Not only was BIO CLEAN the product of choice for the other 3 locations, but also I was able to acquire the warewashing business at all 4 locations.
